Freeman is 21 and a
strong swimmer. Keith is 27 and can't swim a stroke. The details
leading up to the accident are unimportant. What is important
is Freeman was wearing a Stormy Seas flotation coat. That coat
enabled him to keep himself and Keith afloat for over 45 minutes
in extremely cold water.
